During the trial.

Seasill and Seasill Pro each begin with a seven-day free trial. Cancel at any time before it ends and you are never charged: there is nothing to refund, because nothing was taken.

After a charge.

[Owner decision — proposed default, to be confirmed] If you ask within 14 days of a yearly charge — the first charge after a trial, or a renewal — we refund that charge in full.

After those 14 days, a yearly charge is not refunded, but you can cancel at any time so that the plan does not renew; it then runs to the end of the year you paid for.

How to ask.

Write to support@seasill.com from the email address on your Seasill account, and say which charge you would like refunded. A refund goes back to the card that paid, through our payment provider; how soon it shows depends on your bank.

What happens then.

A refunded plan ends when the refund is made, and every computer on your account moves to Free. Nothing is deleted: the wallpapers you saved stay on your computer and play within Free’s limits.

Your rights.

Nothing in this policy takes away a right you have under the law where you live, including any right to cancel or to a refund that it gives you.

Where things stand.

Sales are not open yet, so there are no charges to refund today. This policy applies from the first sale, together with the terms of service.
